**PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE NAME ON YOUR REAL ESTATE LICENSE.**

The 2025 Annual Commission Update course is the mandatory class required every year by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. This 4 CE course covers topics including property management and leasing issues, legislation impacting real estate this year, terminating contracts the right way, social engineering, occupancy agreements, CE audits and more.

This 4CE credit class is offered ONLINE. You must be logged in to the Zoom class with your webcam on (for the entirety of the class) by 9:15 am to earn CE credit. Handouts will be provided prior class. You must pass the exam at the end of the class to meet the state's mandatory requirement.

I have been licensed for 21 years, am a REALTOR, PPAR RSC Director and a CAR Director. I am a Women's Council of REALTORS Pikes Peak Network and Colorado State Network past president. I adore giving back to the REALTOR community through teaching; I currently teach pre-licensing classes for Real Estate College of Colorado as well as GRI and other continuing education classes for Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS and title companies in El Paso and Teller Counties. I have worked with numerous real estate brokerage firms as their new agent mentor or developing new agent training programs. I took the best of those programs and created CleverAgent, which is the same 12-week program I put my own agents through!
